Privacy Policy

To render a video we process the photos you select, your chosen length and tier, basic technical data such as your IP address, and a random visitor ID stored in an HTTP-only cookie. The visitor ID limits the free daily preview and helps prevent abuse; it is never used for ad profiling.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated events such as page views, successful uploads, finished renders and error codes. We never need your name, phone number or address to make a video. If you write to support, we receive what you include in your message.

Photos are downscaled in your browser and used only to produce the render you requested. If an external AI video model processes the job, it receives only the media and direction required. Source files are kept for a short processing window and are never used to train our own models.

Only upload photos of people who agreed to it. Do not upload sensitive material, ID documents, financial or medical records, or images of minors.

The photo checker and the prompt builder work entirely inside your browser. Photos you analyze with the photo checker are never sent to us.

One essential cookie tells visitors apart and enforces the free allowance. Local storage may remember small interface choices, such as a dismissed language banner or your analytics choice.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated usage, such as page views, renders started and prompts copied. It sets first-party analytics cookies, does not receive your photos and is never used for advertising. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are only measured after they allow it; everyone else can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies. We set no advertising cookies.

Render records are kept only as long as needed to run the service, deal with abuse and meet legal duties. Temporary source media is deleted after processing. Finished clips can expire from temporary storage, so download what you want to keep.

To have your render data or support messages deleted, email support@hotellobbyai.co with the approximate time and the generation ID. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires.

We use hosting, storage, security and AI video providers that act on our instructions under their own contractual safeguards. Access to production systems is restricted, and card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data. Write to support@hotellobbyai.co with the subject “Privacy request”; we will verify it and reply within the period required by law.
