Terms of Service

Buying credits requires you to be 18 or the age of majority in your country. You need permission for every photo you upload, including consent from each person shown, and you are responsible for keeping your checkout details safe.

You may use finished clips in personal and commercial social content, subject to platform rules and the rights of any person, place, music or brand shown. Impersonation, misleading content, implied endorsements, sexual or violent content, harassment and illegal use are not allowed.

AI video is probabilistic. Clips may contain artifacts, odd motion or differences from your photos. We don’t guarantee a specific likeness, look, reach, engagement or platform approval, so review every clip before posting.

Celebrities, public figures, minors and people without documented consent are not supported. Don’t use output to spread false statements, advertise products or political messages, or show someone in a misleading context.

Credit packs are single payments and never turn into a subscription unless clearly stated before you pay. If a render fails without delivering a video and wasn’t caused by misuse, its credits are returned automatically.

We may pause rendering, switch AI models, set fair-use limits or change features to protect quality and costs. While rendering is paused, no uploads, renders or purchases are accepted. We will try to announce significant changes in advance.

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and give us a limited license to process them for your render. Between you and us, you may use the output you lawfully create, subject to third-party rights and these terms.

The Hotel Lobby AI name, interface, text and original site materials belong to their owners. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with COLORS, Quavo, Takeoff, any record label, CapCut or TikTok.

The service is provided “as available”. As far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it. Questions: support@hotellobbyai.co.
